DEPOSIT

• A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.

• This will reserve your time slot for any service and goes towards your total balance.

• This will be forfeited for no-show clients and cancellations within 48 hours prior to appointment.

NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS! 

NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT

LATE POLICY

• If you are running late, please inform me and there is a 10 minute grace period, anything after will result into a cancellation. 

• IF my schedule permits and I am able to squeeze you in even if you're running late, a $20 LATE FEE may apply.

• CANCELLATION means losing your deposit and you would need to send another one to book on a different day. 

• I will send my address details and parking instructions before your appointment.

48-HOUR POLICY

• In case of an allergic reaction, contact me within 48 hours for a free removal

• I won’t be responsible for what you choose to do after your appointment 

• You have 48 hours to inform me of any issues with your lash set and I will offer a complimentary fix.

LASH FILL POLICY

• To be considered a Lash Fill, you must have 40% or more of lash extensions remaining ON EACH EYE after removing outgrown lashes.

CONSENT FORMS

• You will be required to fill out consent forms prior to your appointment 

• Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that it won’t take much of your service time.

CONFIRMATION

• You will receive a confirmation via EMAIL once the appointment is booked.

• An appointment reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment date and time.

• Address and other information will be included in your appointment reminder email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation within 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment will forfeit your deposit and has a $50 cancellation fee. Failure to send the fee wouldn't be able to book with me. 

• Another deposit will be needed to rebook future appointments.

• To reschedule an appointment, you must notify me 48hrs before your appointment and you are only allowed to reschedule ONCE 

• Please RESCHEDULE if you are sick.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Please arrive 10 mins before your appointment

• Consultations are done prior to the service.

• Arrive makeup free with clean lashes (or else lash bath would be necessary)

• Avoid caffeine intake before appointment 

• Take a shower before coming in (recommended)

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

• You will be laying down for 1.5-3 hours, comfy clothes are recommended.

• Contact lenses are not allowed during the Lash Service, You would have to take them off.

• Prepare yourself for some chill time and lash naps!

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

• I’ll be taking photos and videos of the sets after the service (with your consent)

• Booking for your next lash fill appointment is highly recommended (2-2.5weeks) and Lash lift/Brow Lamination (at least 6 weeks).

PAYMENTS

• Deposit payments are paid via Zelle/Cash ONLY.

• Cash is preferred on the day of your appointment. If you are unsure how much the remaining balance is, please ask me.
